The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Pediatric Mental Health

Presenter Bio: Dr. Christopher Min is a licensed pediatric psychologist who has been on staff since 2013. Dr. Min leads a team of psychologists and mental health resource specialists who provide mental health services to children across CHOC’s Primary Care clinics. He enjoys working with his team to break through mental health stigma as well as provide services to those with economic, cultural, and language barriers.

Presentation Description: This presentation will review trends and data related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children’s mental health. As part of the presentation, a CHOC Pediatric Psychologist will also provide strategies that parents, and caregivers can employ to help ease their children back into pre-pandemic life.
