Dr. Irene McAleer is board certified in urology with a subspecialty in pediatric urology. Prior to joining CHOC Children’s, Dr. McAleer attended medical school at Ohio State University College of Medicine. She served her internship training in general surgery at the US Naval Hospital in Oakland, California, and her residency in urology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her fellowship in pediatric urology at University of California, San Diego.
