Presenter Bio: Dr. Christopher Min is a licensed pediatric psychologist who has been on staff since 2013. Dr. Min leads a team of psychologists and mental health resource specialists who provide mental health services to children across CHOC’s Primary Care clinics. He enjoys working with his team to break through mental health stigma as well as provide services to those with economic, cultural, and language barriers.
Presentation Description: A CHOC Pediatric Psychologist will discuss the importance of self-care from a psychologist’s perspective and identify signs of burnout that may not be obvious. The presentation will also include the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on burnout among parents in the community as well as tips to prevent burnout.
