Dr. Celia Chiang, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at Sea View Pediatrics in both Irvine and Laguna Hills, California, specializing in the health and well-being of children. Dr. Chiang, a proud native of Southern California, has a passion for caring for children in her community. Outside the office, she enjoys long walks, traveling, reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with family and friends, especially her husband, four children, and their goldendoodle.
