WITH A SPECIAL DONATION TO CHOC
January 26, 2003
On Sunday, January 26 at 2:30 p.m., Champps Americana Restuarant will present a donation of $3,150 to the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) Foundation for Children. The presentation will take place at the restaurant's Irvine Spectrum location, 51 Fortune Drive, Suite 500 in Irvine.
The donation is a collection of funds gathered during the "Monday Night Football" excitement at Champps Americana over the past football season. Monday night "regulars" at the restaurant have raised funds for various charities over the past seven years, and this year, CHOC is fortunate to be the chosen charity.
"We are grateful for the continuous support we receive from our local community," said Executive Director of the CHOC Foundation Dana Todsen. "On behalf of the hospital's Associates and the children we serve, I thank Champps Americana for choosing CHOC as the recipient this year."
"We feel blessed for being successful in a difficult economy over the years," said Champps Americana Promotions Manager Cathy Earley, "and this is just our way of saying thanks."
