Planet Cancer
Planet Cancer is a community of young adults with cancer. It's a place to share insights, explore fears, laugh or even just complain to others who “get it.” 
 
SeventyK 
Every year in the United States, 70,000 adolescents and young adults are diagnosed with cancer. SeventyK’s mission is to change cancer care by educating patients, families, and their healthcare providers about age-appropriate treatment and the unique needs of the adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer patient.

Stop A Doc
Get involved and Stop A Doc with SeventyK. The Stop A Doc campaign encourages everyone to educate and create awareness about the unique needs of adolescent and young adult cancer patients. A doctor should be able to answer “Yes” to the five questions before working with a 15 to 39 year old who may have cancer, or has been diagnosed with cancer. **Stop A Doc – and get it on video! Anyone 13 years or older can enter the Stop A Doc video contest. Submit your video and you could win a cash prize and have your video become a featured SeventyK Stop A Doc public service announcement.** Click here for more information.

 
Teens Living with Cancer
This is a site for teens with cancer that have lots of living to do with pictures and stories are of real teens with cancer.
 
The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) 
LAF believes that in your battle with cancer, knowledge is power and attitude is everything. Founded in 1997 by cancer survivor and cycling champion Lance Armstrong, the LAF provides the practical information and tools people living with cancer need to live strong.  
 
Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults
This fund provides support programs, education and resources, free of charge, to benefit young adults, their families and friends, who are affected by cancer and to promote awareness and prevention of cancer.
 
Vital Options
Vital Options maintains an informative and user friendly website to help connect patients, their family members and friends to gather information and resources, as well as access to The Group Room radio show Internet simulcast.
