Dr. Anjalee Galion to Appear on American Health Journal this Sunday, Feb. 8, at 5 p.m.

CHOC Children’s neurologist Anjalee Galion, M.D., will appear as an expert on the highly rated award-winning health care television program American Health Journal on Public Broadcasting Service SoCal TV Sunday, Feb. 8, at 5 p.m.  She will discuss the topic of healthy sleep habits for children.

Nationally recognized as an expert in pediatric sleep disorders, Dr. Galion is at the forefront of pediatric sleep medicine research through the National Institute for Neurological Disorders and Stroke fellowship and protocol to look at novel agents to improve sleep in children with autism.  Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Galion is board certified in child neurology and pediatrics. She received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and went on to complete her pediatric residency training at the University of California San Francisco-Fresno program. She completed her pediatric neurology fellowship at UC Irvine and served a fellowship in sleep medicine at UCLA/Cedars Sinai Medical Center Program in Los Angeles.
