- Diagnose and manage basic pediatric fractures in the primary care clinic
- Identify fractures and injuries that require further workup and referral
- Initiate early evaluation for benign and malignant bone tumors and implement appropriate referrals
CHOC is accredited by the California Medical Association (CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
CHOC designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this live activity.
Continuing Medical Education is also acceptable for meeting RN continuing education requirements, as long as the course is Category 1, and has been taken within the appropriate time frames.
