The Dr. Scott Rowen Honorary Lecture Series

Sports Related Head Injuries in Children

Outcomes: At the conclusion of this presentation, the physician learner should be able to:  Determine when to order MRI vs. CT in traumatic brain injury as imaging in concussion is more often normal than abnormal. Keep in mind: concussion is a clinical, not an imaging diagnosis and need not involve loss of consciousness.
