Outcomes: Physician Learners will be able to:

  1. Consider the risk factors for physician burnout and the ramifications physician burnout can have on patient safety.
  2. Assess symptoms in yourself and others for burnout, depression, substance use disorders, suicidal ideation and potential for violence.
  3. Determine if you are at risk for burnout and seek help using provided institutional, local, state and national resources.
