  • Counsel families on toxic chemicals that have consistently been associated with the development of learning problems or behavioral problems in children.
  • Define the prevention paradox and describe one example of it in clinical practice or population health.
  • Explain why risk factors that are only associated with subtle impacts on individuals can have substantial impacts on population health.
