  • Review unique challenges to adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer patients, including accessing optimal treatment.
  • As a primary care provider, be able to help AYA patients navigate the health care system.
  • Implement key tenets of multidisciplinary care in your practice to be able to support this population during treatment.
  • Describe the survival gap seen in AYA oncology patients.

CHOC is accredited by the California Medical Association (CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
