“From Pediatric to Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: The Age of Cellular Therapy”

The Society for Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (SAYAO) & CHOC Hyundai Cancer Institute

Invitation-Only 2018 Leukemia Think-Tank

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our 5th Annual SAYAO/CHOC Leukemia Symposium to be held at the Fashion Island Hotel Monday, Nov. 5 – Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018. This will again, be a fully-funded, invitation-only think tank, where we invite internationally-recognized speakers who will present the latest scientific and clinical advances in the treatment of acute leukemia. This year’s symposium will build on the scientific foundation of our previous meetings. As we have witnessed tremendous progress in the treatment of leukemia, there will be a special focus this year on immunotherapy. We have planned an exciting forum to discuss the complex issues facing our patients, from children, through adolescent/young adults to older adults. We are continuing our global approach with leading faculty being invited from around the country, along with international experts. We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful city of Newport Beach, California.

Date and times:
Monday, Nov. 5, 2018 – 11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (registration at 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018 – 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Exhibitors

We are offering an Exhibit Area with limited space available for Exhibitors. Exhibitors will be in the foyer adjacent to the Ballroom. This ensures high traffic flow and visibility to participants. We hope that you will plan to join the other industry leaders who are taking advantage of this opportunity to associate themselves with this prestigious educational conference.

The exhibitor cost for the table is $5000 – $10,000. The pricing difference gets a prominence in the space, but since we’re restricting whom we invite to exhibit all exhibitor tables will be known to all the attendees. Download exhibitor information packet here.

Spaces are limited. If you would like to participate in the Exhibitor Hall, please contact Grettel Aumua at 714-509-7998 or at gaumua@choc.org by Monday, October 15, 2018.

On behalf of the Planning Committee and Faculty, thank you for your consideration of this Exhibitor opportunity.

It is our hope you will see the value in participating in this initiative. If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact Grettel Aumua at 714-509-7998.
