HUNTER'S STORY

When Tammy gave birth to her first child 16 weeks early, the team at CHOC at Mission was ready to help. Weighing only 2 pounds, 1 ounce, Hunter received around the-clock attention from the Neonatal Intensive Care physicians, nurses and specialists, and was able to overcome challenges that were the result of his early birth. Although Hunter won't remember his 99 days in the NICU, his family will never forget the team who saved the life of their rambunctious little boy.
