TEEN TO RUN 200 MILES - THE EQUIVALENT OF 7 1/2 MARATHONS, FOR CHOC

January 16, 2007

WHAT: Jesse Zweig, an 18-year-old from Orange County, will run 200 miles – the equivalent of approximately 7 ½ marathons, nonstop for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). His goal is to raise $20,000 in pledges for the hospital and to complete the course in less than two days.

WHEN: Start time is Thursday, January 18th at 2:30 p.m. Jesse hopes to finish the feat on Saturday, January 20th.

WHERE: The route begins at El Toro High School, 25255 Toledo Way, in Lake Forest. Jesse and his crew will meet in the parking lot on Serrano.

The course ends at Jesse's home, located on Chestnutwood in Lake Forest.
