We are pleased to offer this simple online service to help friends and families stay in touch before, during and after hospitalization. Family and friends can learn about the patient's progress, share messages of support, and offer assistance in a non-intrusive manner.

By creating a personalized "CarePage," you can:

• Post and receive condition updates - keep family and friends informed with current messages about the patient's condition
• Post and receive messages - loved ones may leave messages for the patient and their family regardless of time or geographic location
• Share patient information - the personal and secure CarePage contains important contact information and CHOC Children's Hospital's and CHOC Children's at Mission Hospital's visiting hours
• Order gifts and make donations - a link to The CHOC Shop makes it easy to purchase a gift for the patient, or make a charitable donation in the patient's name
