Patient Care Pages
We are pleased to offer this simple to use online service to help friends and families stay in touch before, during and after hospitalization. Family and friends can learn about the patient's progress, share messages of support, and offer assistance in a non-intrusive manner.

Email a Patient
Family and friends are invited to use the following form to email a patient at CHOC or CHOC at Mission. Emails will be delivered daily Monday - Thursday by our Child Life Department staff during regular business hours. Emails received over the weekend will be delivered the next business day.
