Benefits Offered by CHOC and CHOC at Mission

Health Plans
CHOC offers health coverage for benefit-eligible Associates. Health coverage includes medical, vision, prescription, and dental coverage.

Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance
These special benefits are available to benefit-eligible Associates to provide salary continuation protection when you are disabled and cannot work.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Benefit eligible Associates may elect annually to contribute pre-tax dollars to a flexible spending account.

Retirement Plan
In order to provide for future financial security, the Hospital offers a retirement plan to all CHOC/CHOC at Mission Associates. Associate contributions may start immediately. Employer contributions begin after a twelve-month period from hire date where Associate completes at least 1000 hours of service. All contributions are 100% full vested.

Education Reimbursement
The Hospital encourages benefit-eligible Associates to enroll in formal, off-duty educational programs which have application in the health care field and which are part of an acceptable degree, diploma or certificate program.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
You earn PTO every pay period when you are in an eligible status, beginning from your first day of hire.
