Keep your doctor appointments!
This is best way to make sure you stay healthy.
Know the name of your cancer and the type of treatments you received.
Tell all of your doctors and dentists this information, throughout your lifetime.
DO NOT SMOKE.
Eat a well balanced diet.
Eat few sugary foods or those high in animal fat. Try new ways to be physically active, aim for thirty minutes, three times per week.
