Physician Bio

Dr. Shohet attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Vanderbilt University and his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University. He performed a fellowship with Otology/Neurotology/Skull Base Surgery at the Ear Foundation.

Dr. Shohet is board certified in Otolaryngology. His philosophy of care is to provide the most expert and comprehensive care for ear-related problems possible in both the pediatric and adult populations. His special interests include Medicine and Surgery of the Ear, Implantable Hearing Devices, Cochlear Implants, Tinnitus Diagnosis and Therapy, Vestibular Diagnosis and Therapy, Facial Nerve Disorders, and Lateral Skull Base Surgery.
