Physician Bio

Dr. Ismail has been certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He has also been certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology with special qualifications in child neurology. Dr. Ismail served as a Child Neurology Fellow at St. Louis Children's Hospital. He served as Chief Resident in Neurology at Barnes Hospital in the adult neurology program. Dr. Ismail completed his neurology training at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in the Department of Neurology and Neurological Surgery. He spent fifteen months as a child neurology fellow at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Ismail did his training in general pediatrics at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan, a program affiliated with Michigan State University. Dr. Ismail has been in private practice from October 1987 to present.
