Physician Bio

Dr. Caliendo is board certified in pediatrics and neonatology. He performed his post graduate training at The Institutes for Premature and Other HiRisk Infants at New York Hospital. Dr. Caliendo completed his residency and an internship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College. Dr. Caliendo is affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatrics, California Association of Neonatologists, and the Los Angeles Pediatric Society. Areas of special interest include quality assurance in the NICU and outcome and evidence based practice guidelines in the NICU.
