Physician / Researcher Bio

Sudeep Kukreja, M.D. is the Medical Director of the Newborn Hearing Screening Program at CHOC Children's and CHOC Children's at Mission. Dr. Kukreja provides the full spectrum of neonatal critical care, with special interests in the management of high-risk infants, apnea and newborn hearing. He is board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine. Dr. Kukreja served his fellowship and residency at UCI Medical Center in Orange and at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, respectively. He completed his internship and medical training at King George's Medical College in Lucknow, India. Dr. Kukreja also speaks Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
