Physician Bio
Dr. Ontiveros received his MD degree from the University of California, San Francisco, did his internship in internal medicine at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, San Francisco and his residency in anesthesiology at the University of California, San Francisco. He did a cardio sub-fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He is affiliated with ASA, CSA, SPA and SCA. Dr.Ontiveros was the Chief Resident in his anesthesia residency and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is currently the Director of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia services at CHOC.
