Physician Bio

As a general pediatrician in the PSF Hospitalist Division, Dr. Armstrong specializes in providing a wide scope of pediatric care for hospitalized children. He has a particular interest in Bronchiolitis, HUS and HSP. Dr. Armstrong attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his pediatric training at University of California, Irvine including a year as Chief Resident. He is board certified in pediatrics. He enjoys teaching medical students and residents in their pediatric training. He received the CHOC inpatient teacher of the year award in 2003.
