Physician Bio

Jacqueline Chak, M.D. is a Hospitalist physician with the CHOC Children’s Specialists and is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Chak received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Yeshiva University, Bronx, New York. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at CHOC Children’s in Orange, California and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Chak is licensed by the Medical Board of California and is affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Chak feels that communication and compassion are essential and important components of the best pediatric care. She greatly enjoys getting to know patients and their families and educating them about their medical needs.

Dr. Chak enjoys traveling, working with orphans, watching movies, t.v. and reading children’s books. She speaks fluent Cantonese, conversational Mandarin and basic medical Spanish.
