Physician / Researcher Bio

Frank Zaldivar, PhD, is a Scientist in the Immunology Section at CHOC Children's. Dr. Zaldivar holds as Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and a Doctorate in Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis in Immunology from Pacific Western University. Dr. Zaldivar's postdoctoral fellowship from the National Institutes of Health is being completed under the direction of Drs. Monique Berman & Diane Nugent. Dr. Zaldivar has a served as a faculty advisor with the School of Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine for the past seven years.
