Physician Bio

Dr. Goufman received his M.D. from Albany Medical College. He did his internship at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Goufman received the honor of #1 in Patient Care from the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida and was named one of America's Top Physicians, 2007.

Dr. Goufman believes in compassionate, personal care and in treating every patient as if they were a member of his family.
