Physician Bio

Dr. Carr received his MD degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. He did a fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Carr's stated philosophy of care is, "With my specialized skills in the treatment of asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, eczema and other allergic disorders, I am able to help my patients get better and return them to a full and active life.
