Physician Bio

Dr. Abelowitz attended medical school at the Hebrew University. He completed his internship and residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Honors include the Top Doctors Across America Award, 2002 and America's Top Pediatricians Award, 2004-2005. Dr. Abelowitz is board certified in Pediatrics. His philosophy of care is to provide children with experienced and excellent care in a gentle and compassionate environment form birth through adolescence preparing them for a healthy adulthood. He is specifically interested in Newborn and Infant care as well as ADD and ADHD. Dr. Abelowitz also speaks Hebrew and Afrikaans.
