Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and the CHOC Breathmobile™ invite you to participate in the Air Power Games® 2009.

A Track and Field Day for Children Ages 5-14 Diagnosed with Asthma.

Saturday, April 18, 2009 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Santa Ana College, 1530 W. 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92706

The Air Power Games are designed to provide 5-14 year-old asthmatic children with an opportunity to have fun participating in track and field events in a college setting. Children and parents will have an opportunity to visit information booths and learn about the health benefits of exercise for asthmatic children. Medical supervision will be provided.

All participants will receive a t-shirt and participation ribbon. Additional awards will be given for 1st through 6th place finishers.

Children and their parents will earn raffle tickets for each activity that they participate in towards great prizes like a brand new bike!

*You must complete and return the registration form to the school nurse or the Breathmobile office by April 3 in order to participate. At least one parent/guardian must accompany the child to the event.

All events will be held on the track at Santa Ana College on Saturday, April 18, 2009. PARKING IS FREE.

• Distance Measurers (high jump, long jump, softball throw)
• Award Presentation

Each volunteer will receive an Air Power Games® t-shirt. Lunch will be provided.
