Bio:
Dr. Chad Lieber received his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University. He performed his post-doctoral research at the Center for Biophotonics Science and Technology (CBST) at the University of California, Davis. He worked on device development with Johnson & Johnson before arriving at the Children?s Hospital of Orange County as a scientist in the CHOC Research Institute. His research interests at CHOC involve the conception and development of novel noninvasive diagnostic methods based on light and optical phenomena.
